The Senior Business Analyst, Transportation serves as the transportation subject matter expert and is responsible for analyzing, designing, governing, and optimizing trucking operations integrated with warehouse networks.
This role functions as the primary liaison between warehouse operations and transportation, ensuring alignment on network design, carrier strategy, performance management, and cost efficiency.
This position owns transportation KPIs, data visibility, and carrier performance governance across all warehouse-supported verticals, providing strategic and operational leadership to structure scalable, compliant, and high-performing trucking solutions that support warehouse operations and customer requirements.
The role develops performance visibility, evaluates carrier performance, and supports leadership decision-making through data analysis, financial modeling, and operational recommendations.
Partnering closely with Operations, Finance, Procurement, Sales, and Transportation stakeholders, the position supports implementations, network expansion, and continuous improvement initiatives across warehouse-integrated transportation programs.

Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Transportation, Business Administration, Finance, or related field preferred; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
3+ years of experience in transportation operations, logistics analysis, trucking operations, dedicated fleet management, or supply chain analytics.
Experience designing or supporting transportation networks integrated with warehouse or distribution operations.
Demonstrated experience managing carrier performance, service KPIs, and cost improvement initiatives.
Experience supporting new business implementations and network expansions.
Experience in capacity planning, forecasting, and network modeling based on projected volumes.
Experience working across multiple internal stakeholders (operations, finance, procurement, and sales).
