Focus on the delivery of civil site development projects
Assist in the design, construction, and project management of projects involving grading design, stormwater design, erosion control design, culvert design, and pavement design
Professional will have hands-on involvement in permitting process
Professional will have significant interaction with multi-disciplinary internal teams and external clients
Perform design of projects from conceptual and bid phase through design completion for project needs and requirements
Assist the Engineering Manager in maintaining project schedules and budgets
Interface directly with the client or sub-consultants
Support business development through writing of technical approaches, scopes of work, and presentations to clients
Responsible for effective communication with other engineering disciplines and project team

Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or related discipline
Thorough understanding of civil site development (i.e., Site Plans, Permitting, Grading, Storm Water Management, Storm Water Design)
Ability and motivation to lead portions of complex projects with guidance and mentorship
Minimum of 5 years related work experience
