Civil Engineer

Entitlement and Engineering Solutions, Inc. (EES) is a woman-owned, full-service civil engineering design firm known for its exceptional customer service and commitment to excellence. They are seeking a Civil Engineer to design, analyze, and develop civil engineering plans for various projects while ensuring compliance with engineering standards and collaborating with stakeholders.

Responsibilities:

• Designing, analyzing, and developing civil engineering plans for commercial, and public infrastructure projects
• Review project designs
• Ensure compliance with relevant engineering standards and local regulations
• Collaborate with clients, architects, developers, and municipal stakeholders
• Managing project timelines
• Preparing cost estimates
• Providing technical support for permitting and construction processes

Requirements:

• Experience in civil engineering design, including site development, grading, and drainage
• Proficiency in engineering software such as AutoCAD, Civil 3D, OpenRoads or similar CAD tools
• Ability to interpret technical drawings and apply engineering principles
• Strong project management, problem-solving, and analytical skills are a plus
• Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration with clients and teams
• Knowledge of local, state, and federal regulations related to civil engineering projects
• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field
• Professional Engineer (PE) licensure in Colorado is a plus
• Experience in permitting processes and working with municipal and regulatory agencies is a plus
