Analyze requirements and define the test strategy;
Create and execute functional, regression, integration, and exploratory test cases;
Log, track, and validate bugs with clear descriptions and appropriate criticality;
Collaborate with the team (PO, development, business analysts) in ceremonies and understanding business rules;
Ensure process quality by suggesting improvements and keeping documentation up to date;
Use testing tools, APIs, and SQL for validations;
Work autonomously, supporting junior QA professionals when necessary.

Experience and proficiency in creating test processes;
Experience with test quality metrics;
Knowledge of performance testing;
Experience with CI/CD;
Experience in test automation and frameworks such as Java, RestAssured, Appium, and Selenium;
Solid understanding of QA practices within an agile pipeline;
Ability to influence and promote a culture of quality.
