Perform tax calculation operations by extracting information and ensuring data consistency for preparing tax calculations and ancillary tax filings, as well as support data extraction and analysis of KPI results.
Prepare and review the calculation of federal taxes, ensuring consistency with current laws and regulations.
Monitor processes to ensure compliance with tax and fiscal requirements at municipal, state and federal levels, meeting primary and ancillary obligations.
Handle withholding tax and contribution calculations and respond to inspections, notices and audits.
Issue service invoices and ad-hoc invoices upon request.
Maintain collaboration with other teams in the Shared Services Center (CSC) to ensure results and team efficiency.

Bachelor's degree in Accounting.
Intermediate Excel skills.
Preparation/calculation of IRPJ and CSLL (Corporate Income Tax and Social Contribution on Net Profit).
Issuance of service invoices (NFS).
Calculation of federal and municipal taxes.
Experience supporting audits and tax inspections.
Experience in the education sector is a plus.
Experience with RM (TOTVS RM).
