About this role

Act as the technical backbone of the sales process.
Work closely with Business Development Managers.
Help partners, system integrators, and end clients understand biometric technology.
Align business needs with solutions capabilities.
Ensure a smooth transition from presales phase to purchase and implementation.
Travel: 40–60% depending on active programs.

University degree in Technology, Engineering, or Business
Proven B2B experience in pre-sales, technical sales, or solution engineering
Strong interpersonal and influencing skills for both technical and non-technical audiences
Excellent presentation and written communication skills in English, Spanish
Professional fluency in Portuguese is highly desirable
Experience with biometric technologies is a plus
Familiarity with tenders or partner-driven sales is highly valued
Eagerness to grow into a trusted technical advisor in the biometrics space
Comfortable working in hybrid/remote setups
