You will develop, implement, and maintain supplier quality management processes and procedures in alignment with company and industry standards also conduct supplier qualification, selection, and auditing activities to assess their quality systems, manufacturing capabilities, and overall performance.
You will collaborate with procurement, engineering, and manufacturing teams to define clear quality requirements for procured materials and components also monitor and analyze supplier quality performance data, including defect rates, on-time delivery, and corrective action effectiveness.
You will lead and facilitate root cause analysis and corrective/preventive action (8D) processes for supplier quality issues, ensuring timely and effective resolution and drive continuous improvement initiatives with suppliers to enhance their quality systems, processes, and product consistency.
You will manage supplier non-conformances, including disposition of defective materials and implementation of containment actions also conduct periodic supplier performance reviews and provide feedback to drive accountability and improvement.
You will participate in new product development projects to ensure supplier quality considerations are integrated from the early stages and ensure compliance with relevant quality standards (e.g., ISO 9001, industry-specific certifications) throughout the supply chain.
You will be responsible to ensure compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures, and guidelines.

Requirements
You hold a master's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial, or relevant technical field) or a related discipline.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in supplier quality management, quality assurance, or a related role within a manufacturing environment, preferably in the energy or heavy industry sector.
Strong knowledge of quality management systems (e.g., ISO 9001) and quality tools (e.g., FMEA, SPC, 8D, PPAP, APQP).
Proven experience in conducting supplier audits and assessments with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven approach.
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with internal and external stakeholders.
Certification in quality (e.g., ASQ Certified Quality Engineer/Auditor) is a plus with ability to travel frequently to supplier sites, both domestically and internationally, as needed.
Proficiency in English and Mandarin (written and spoken) is required.
