Own the integrity of ARR/MRR, bookings, and pipeline inputs using driver-based models.
Serve as the primary GTM interface for Finance during budgeting cycles, leading scenario planning and reconciling Salesforce data with financial records.
Partner with GTM leadership on annual planning and establish North Star metrics for revenue health.
Design and maintain executive-level reporting layer to visualize revenue risks and strategic opportunities in real-time.
Act as a trusted advisor to Senior Leadership, providing high-quality data narrative for all revenue-related strategic decisions.
Requirements
5+ years of experience in Revenue Strategy, FP&A, or Strategic RevOps within the B2B SaaS ecosystem.
Obsession with accuracy and a proven track record of reconciling complex CRM (e.g. Salesforce) data with financial systems.
Expertise in building driver-based models and managing inputs that dictate forecast predictability.
Deep understanding of the levers that drive SaaS value, specifically Net Revenue Retention (NRR) and expansion mechanics.
Ability to distill vast amounts of commercial data into high-level narratives that drive executive and board-level decision-making.
