Support workforce planning, budgeting, and scenario analyses in close collaboration with HR Business Partnering for selected business units and group functions
Ensure a single source of truth through close cooperation with Finance, HR, and Accounting
Contribute to group-wide controlling processes, as well as governance and compliance topics
Requirements
Degree or vocational qualification in Controlling, Business Administration, Finance, or equivalent
Experience in controlling, ideally in a project environment and with exposure to HR and personnel metrics
Project management experience is a plus
Advanced Excel skills and practical experience with Power BI or similar BI tools
Experience with ERP systems is an advantage (e.g., DATEV, Personio)
Strong numerical aptitude, analytical thinking, and a structured work approach
Strong communication skills and enjoyment in collaborating with Finance, HR, and business stakeholders
Hands-on mentality, self-responsibility, and eagerness to proactively drive topics forward
