Resolve Applied Epic support tickets, providing technical expertise and timely solutions
Maintain the highest level of service, professionalism, and accuracy in all support activities
Build and maintain collaborative relationships across all levels of the organization
Process suspense items in Applied Epic, ensuring timely and accurate handling of transactions and resolving related issues
Assist with integration support, system configuration, and download/interface management for migrations, including advanced scheduling of recurring and non-recurring meetings to meet the project deadlines
Coordinate meeting agendas, update presentations and other meeting deliverables
Participate and support in meetings, keeping on time and on topic, taking detailed notes and actions; following up with meeting highlights and agreed actions items
Assist with data review and cleanup during the migration process to Applied Epic and ancillary systems for newly acquired agencies
Support data validation, discrepancy reporting and resolution – before, during, and after the Applied Epic migration
Manage user lifecycle tasks, including onboarding, termination, account reassignments, and access provisioning for all P&C systems
Maintain security groups and user access, updating as needed
Support cross-functional collaboration with Operations, Technology, Finance, Licensing, and Learning & Development teams, as well as local team members and external stakeholders
Support training initiatives for agency staff and new users, reinforcing best practices and system usage
Help document and update standard operating procedures for migration, integration, and operational processes
Participate in regular reviews of migration, integration, and operational processes to identify inefficiencies and propose improvements
Assist with data cleanup projects
Requirements
1-2 years experience in Applied Epic, CSR24, Indio, and Applied Epic Quotes for PL strongly preferred
Related Agency Management System knowledge preferred
Undergraduate degree preferred; or 1-2 years of relevant P&C experience required
Active P&C license in home state preferred
Strong attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Proven ability to create and maintain detailed processes, procedures, and Project Plans
Demonstrated ability to work independently and collaboratively across teams
Strong organizational, analytical and problem-solving skills
