About this role
Role Overview
Actively integrate artificial intelligence into our process landscape: identify suitable AI use cases, prioritize them together with the business units, and support the entire implementation process — from the use-case brief through pilot to rollout
Moderate and coach the AI key-user group, consolidate requirements, prioritize topics in close coordination with Windmöller & Hölscher, and ensure effective testing, clear documentation and sustainable knowledge transfer
Develop and implement AI applications using knowledge of Python, R or comparable technologies, and possess initial experience with chatbots
Maintain an overview of interfaces and system architectures, ensuring clean integration of IT systems into processes
Lead (sub-)projects to introduce AI and process solutions, facilitate cross-functional workshops and support change-management measures
Requirements
Completed degree in Computer Science, Business Informatics or a comparable qualification
Solid experience in IT-related process management — particularly in end-to-end processes, BPMN modeling, facilitation, requirements capture and prioritization
Strong affinity for artificial intelligence and machine-learning applications (ideally generative AI) and experience in the practical implementation of use cases; knowledge of Python or R is a plus but not mandatory
Strong communication and coaching skills, especially in managing and moderating an AI key-user community (requirements management, test coordination, documentation, go-live support)
Confident user of the M365 environment, preferably with experience in backlog or ticket systems, and good English skills
