Role Overview
- Establish, further develop, and implement the company-wide BIM strategy
- Develop and maintain BIM standards and processes
- Coordinate and manage BIM models across all project phases
- Advise project teams and specialist planners on BIM methodology
- Support the introduction of new tools and technologies
- Train and enable internal project teams in BIM working methods
- Work closely with project management and external partners
Requirements
- Degree in civil engineering, architecture, or a comparable qualification
- Several years of professional experience in BIM management, BIM coordination, or digital planning
- Solid knowledge of common BIM tools
- Understanding of design processes, building technologies, and project management
- Strong communication and facilitation skills
- Structured, solution-oriented working style and high digital affinity
