You will become thoroughly familiar with the products and services of our partners and manufacturers in order to provide competent advice

You will be the first point of contact for our customers and advise them on technical and commercial questions regarding our products and services
You will support the management and development of our cloud business and ensure that our customers receive optimal care
You will work closely with Sales, the team and Purchasing to ensure excellent customer support

You have a basic understanding of the IT industry
You have completed commercial vocational training
