Role Overview
- Launch, manage, and optimize high-performing PPC campaigns across Google Ads and Meta Ads
- Monitor spend pacing, maintain account hygiene, QA campaigns before and after launch, and optimize for key metrics
- Lead regular performance meetings, respond to client inquiries with urgency and professionalism, set clear expectations
- Develop and present paid media strategies, deliver ongoing recommendations on budget allocation and audience targeting
- Translate campaign data into clear, compelling narratives
Requirements
- 1–3 years of hands-on experience managing Google Ads and/or Meta Ads
- Strong understanding of CPC bidding, keyword strategy, account structure, and performance metrics
- Outstanding client-facing skills
- A natural sense of accountability and ownership
- Exceptional attention to detail in both campaign execution and communication
- Comfort working within structured systems, SOPs, and repeatable processes
- Experience setting up and troubleshooting conversion tracking
