Serve as executive owner for strategic card partnerships, ensuring delivery of contracted customer, financial, and operational outcomes
Own Cobrand P&L performance across revenue, profitability, growth, and risk with clear accountability for results
Set Cobrand strategy and investment priorities, including value proposition, portfolio direction, and capital allocation
Lead partnership lifecycle decisions—renew, expand, simplify, or exit—based on performance, strategic fit, and risk
Orchestrate cross‑enterprise execution across Product, Technology, Risk, Marketing, Legal, and Finance to drive program performance
Build and lead a high‑performing team with disciplined focus on growth, partnership stewardship, and enterprise risk management
Requirements
8+ years of Product Management experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
4+ years of Management experience
