Develop, manage, and enhance KPIs, dashboards, and performance reporting using Power BI, enterprise data sources, and other data systems
Partner with Finance to support functional and business forecasting, financial target setting, functional target setting and planning cycles
Partner with Accounting to support timely global deal processing, recognition and flow across commercial/finance systems
Analyze forecast variances, performance drivers, and trends, providing clear insights and recommendations
Prepare executive-ready analytics and insights to support MBRs, QBRs, and other leadership reviews
Analyze large, complex datasets from ERP and CRM systems to identify risks, opportunities, and optimization areas
Leverage AI, automation, and advanced analytics to streamline reporting, improve forecasting accuracy, and increase analytical efficiency
Translate complex data into clear, actionable insights for senior business stakeholders
Collaborate with global, cross-functional teams to support strategic and operational initiatives

5+ years of experience in business analysis, analytics, FP&A, or a related role
Strong experience working with enterprise data models and ERP systems
Hands-on experience with platforms such as Salesforce, SAP, Power BI, Navision, or similar enterprise tools
Demonstrated ability to analyze large datasets and deliver executive-level insights
Experience partnering with Finance, Accounting and business leaders in a global, matrixed environment
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
