TTC Global is a specialist software quality and technology solutions company that helps organizations transform their business outcomes. They are seeking a highly experienced Business Analyst to gather and analyze business requirements, develop strategic recommendations, and ensure effective implementation of business initiatives.
Responsibilities:
- Gather, document, and analyze business requirements from stakeholders
- Translate business needs into clear, actionable functional specifications
- Partner with technical teams to ensure requirements are understood and implemented effectively
- Conduct gap analysis to identify opportunities for process improvement
- Create process maps, business workflows, and use cases to support solution design
- Assist in developing business cases and cost/benefit analyses for proposed solutions
- Support change management activities to ensure smooth adoption of new processes or systems
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with strategic goals
- Communicate project updates, risks, and issues to stakeholders in a clear, timely manner
- Facilitate workshops and meetings to elicit requirements and validate solutions
Requirements:
- 8–10 years of experience as a Business Analyst or similar role
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work across multiple teams, vendors, and stakeholders
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to solve complex problems
- Proficiency in tools such as Jira, Confluence, or other requirements management tools
- Experience working in Agile methodologies
- Highly self-motivated and able to work with minimal supervision
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, or a related field
- 8–10 years' relevant experience
- Experience may be transferable; a passion for driving business success is essential
- Knowledge or experience with Epic software
- Experience with ERP systems, pricing applications, or large-scale system implementations
- Experience or familiarity with Epic software
