Associate Feasibility Manager, FSP

Role Overview

• Lead feasibility studies according to timeline, quality standards, and client expectations
• Develop and oversee relationships with internal departments
• Conduct feasibility surveys and participate in intelligence gathering
• Collaborate on initial site list development
• Ensure accuracy and quality of survey-driven data
• Review project status to ensure successful completion of milestones
• Work with team to identify potential risks and discuss contingency plans

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent
• Previous clinical research / feasibility experience (5+ years)
• Strong clinical feasibility background
• Good judgment and decision-making skills
• Thorough attention to detail
• Capable of analyzing data
• Good leadership skills
• Good oral and written communication skills
• Good multitasking skills
• Basic understanding of budgeting and forecasting
