Perform Accounts Payable & Accounts Receivable tasks.
Improve and create procedures and processes to enable timely and accurate financial information.
Perform routine accounting functions including data entry and bank reconciliation.
Account reconciliations and lead schedules to support monthly closing processes.
Perform ad-hoc assignments as assigned.
Assists in month-end, quarter-end, and Year-end closing processes.
Assist with reviewing and preparing Commission reports/statements; ensure accuracy of payments & commissions.

Strong accounting and financial processing skills
Keen attention to detail and accuracy
Proficiency in relevant tools and platforms (Salesforce, SAP Concur, Bill.com)
Ability to analyze and interpret financial data
Effective written and verbal communication skills
Strong commitment to meeting deadlines
