Develop and execute a territory growth strategy for the Upper Midwest
Generate new leads through cold outreach, referrals, events, and partner relationships
Schedule and conduct in-person and virtual sales meetings
Build and maintain a robust, self-generated pipeline
Meet or exceed revenue and new logo targets
Attend and participate in cybersecurity meetups, conferences, and professional events
Establish relationships with CISOs, IT leaders, risk managers, and compliance professionals
Host or coordinate regional events, happy hours, or executive roundtables
Lead complex sales cycles involving multiple stakeholders
Maintain accurate forecasting and CRM documentation

8+ years of experience in B2B technical sales
Demonstrated success in new business development (hunter role)
Experience selling complex professional services or technical consulting engagements
Strong executive-level communication and presentation skills
Ability to independently build and manage a sales pipeline
Willingness to travel regularly within the territory
Based in the Minneapolis metropolitan area or willing to relocate prior to start date.
