You are the right hand and sparring partner for our (founder) team.
In this challenging and varied role you proactively support the management and the team with strategic tasks as well as in all areas of day-to-day operations.
You take on and lead independent projects (one focus is our three-year funded project to build a community app for rural areas).
You handle administrative project coordination and communication with project partners.
You are responsible for managing and controlling the funded project.
You prepare interim reports and budget planning.
You manage scheduling and travel arrangements for internal and external participants.
You maintain partnerships at both the operational and strategic levels.
Requirements
You have completed vocational training or a degree in a commercial/business field.
You have initial experience in the administration of research projects and in project controlling.
You enjoy working independently and are highly results-oriented.
You are energetic and are not looking for a purely administrative role — you want to shape and create.
Through daily use you are proficient in Microsoft Office, Slack, Google Suite, etc.
Ideally, you have initial relevant work experience in strategic business development, consulting, workation/coworking, community building, startup founding, or venture capital.
