As a working student in the Founders Associate role with a commercial focus, you will work closely with our founders and the CRO.
You will gain exciting insights into strategic topics around Enterprise Sales, Revenue Operations and Customer Success — and actively contribute to commercial projects that drive our growth.
You will work closely with the leadership team and support the identification and implementation of growth initiatives.
You will support projects related to sales processes, internal efficiency and customer success — from analysis to implementation.
You will collaborate with different teams across the company and help connect ideas and processes.
You will assist in evaluating customer data and market developments to prepare data-driven decisions.
You will help optimize existing structures and contribute your own ideas for new processes or tools.
Requirements
You are in an advanced stage of your studies (e.g., Business Administration, Economics, Business Informatics or similar) and ideally have gained initial practical experience — e.g., through an internship at a startup, management consultancy or in a commercial area (e.g., Sales, Strategy, Operations).
You think entrepreneurially, work in a structured way and are motivated to shape projects from concept to execution.
You communicate clearly, enjoy collaborating with other teams and show initiative.
You are eager to learn in a dynamic, fast-growing environment and to develop personally.
Very good English skills are a given.
You speak fluent German — ideally at native level.
