You conduct initial conversations and sales calls with qualified e‑commerce companies and identify their growth opportunities
You guide prospective partners through the entire sales process — from first contact to closing
You analyze customers' needs and challenges and develop tailored solutions together with our Performance Team
You prepare customized proposals and present our services at decision‑maker level
You maintain and develop our sales pipeline in the CRM and ensure thorough documentation of all activities
You work closely with the founding team and contribute your own ideas to optimize our sales processes
You build long‑term relationships with exciting brands in the DACH region
Requirements
You hold a degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field, or have comparable vocational training
You have at least 2 years of professional experience in sales, business development, or an account executive role (ideally in e‑commerce or an agency environment)
You have experience selling complex services or solutions in the B2B space and successfully closing deals
You present yourself confidently, communicate clearly, and can persuade C‑level decision‑makers
You work in a structured, goal‑oriented way and have a strong hands‑on mentality
You are motivated to take on responsibility and actively contribute to Stronger's growth
You have a good understanding of performance marketing and digital business models (or a strong willingness to learn)
Good German and English skills, both written and spoken
An open, communicative manner and enjoyment of direct customer contact.
