Ensure the smooth operation of the entire matelso infrastructure.
Monitor the SaaS systems using central management tools (Zabbix, Grafana).
Administration and configuration of Linux server systems.
Basic knowledge of automation and orchestration of our processes on physical and virtual servers.
Support tasks in server operations and setup, including travel to the data center.
Independently manage projects in the infrastructure and operations domain.
Service-oriented and proactive collaboration with internal customers from development (DevOps).

Relevant completed degree or vocational training (e.g., IT specialist) with an appropriate focus on Linux IT administration.
Initial professional experience supporting system landscapes.
Good experience with Linux servers, Kubernetes and container environments.
Knowledge of network administration (routing & firewalls, VoIP, Cisco, MikroTik) is an advantage.
Excellent German and English language skills are required.
