After a comprehensive onboarding, you will work flexibly—primarily remotely and partly on-site with our regional clients
You are responsible for ensuring system availability
Analyze and resolve operational incidents (via ticketing system)
Administration of server infrastructures (servers, network, backup, firewall, MS‑SQL databases, virtualized environments)
Communicate and coordinate technical tasks with the clients' IT leads
Create operational documentation in our ITSM tool
Proactively incorporate technological innovations and insights

Successfully completed IT training or equivalent professional experience (e.g., IT Specialist for System Integration)
Good knowledge of the Microsoft product suite such as Windows Server, Microsoft Exchange, Active Directory, DNS, DFS
Basic knowledge in areas such as Microsoft Cluster and VMware
Enthusiasm for automating and optimizing operational processes
Fluent German language skills, both spoken and written
Strong communication and teamwork skills, with a solution
and customer-oriented approach
A valid driver's license (Class B)
