Responsible for managing and supporting all franchise partners within an assigned territory.
Train franchise partners on system standards and ensure compliance.
Support franchise partners in site development, including identifying growth opportunities, implementing best practices, and conducting marketing and sales activities.
Maintain regular communication with franchise partners to understand their needs and provide solutions.
Prepare reports on franchise partner performance and recommend improvements.
Collaboratively continue to develop the franchise system, which requires taking ownership of tasks within subprojects.
Requirements
Several years of experience supporting franchise partners or in a similar role, such as sales management.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.
Willingness to travel regularly within the assigned territory (Class B driving license required).
Degree in business administration, management, or a related field.
Proficient in MS Office.
