Expand the global customer account by developing and executing a multi-year plan to increase presence, drive adoption, and grow recurring revenue across business units and countries
Build trusted C-level relationships and align with stakeholders in security, IT, procurement, and key business units
Lead complex commercial negotiations, such as framework agreements, multi-year contracts, and global rollouts, to ensure sustainable, mutually beneficial outcomes
Identify new business opportunities by analyzing initiatives, regulatory requirements, and risk priorities; position solutions with tangible outcomes
Coordinate virtual, cross-functional teams (Sales Engineering, Customer Success, Product, Partners) worldwide to win and expand strategic opportunities
Feed strategic market intelligence back into the organization to improve competitive positioning and go-to-market strategy
Requirements
Minimum of 5 years’ experience in global or strategic account management within IT or cybersecurity, working with complex solutions
Proven track record in relationship building, negotiation, and disciplined pipeline and forecast management
Comfortable navigating corporate governance, procurement, legal and security reviews, and long sales cycles
Strong self-starter with disciplined time management and a pronounced executive presence
Experience collaborating with distributed global teams and the ability to influence without formal authority
