Plan, coordinate, and deliver complex IT and digital transformation projects
Manage project scope, timelines, budgets, and resources
Lead and motivate cross-functional project teams, ensuring timely delivery
Manage vendors and external partners, monitor contract performance
Maintain strong communication and alignment between business and IT stakeholders
Identify and mitigate project risks and issues
Apply agile or hybrid project management methodologies
Prepare project documentation, progress reports, and executive updates
Support change management initiatives in a regulated environment
Ensure technical alignment across IT architecture, data integration, and system interfaces

3-5 years of experience managing complex IT and digital transformation projects
Proven track record in leading cross-functional teams
Strong technical understanding (IT architecture, data integration, cloud/on-premise)
Familiarity with agile and hybrid project delivery models
Excellent stakeholder engagement and change management skills
Experience working in complex, regulated corporate environments
Strong communication and presentation abilities
University degree (preferably in IT, engineering, or business)
Fluent English (spoken and written)
