Business Process Engineer – Startup SaaS

Role Overview

• Analyze client needs, their processes and internal structures, and derive digitized processes and integrations.
• Identify areas for improvement, often before the client notices them.
• Lead end-to-end integration projects, from concept to production, with client teams and external partners.
• Ensure requirements are documented, understood, and correctly implemented across all stakeholders.
• Test and validate APIs.
• Spot when documentation does not match reality.
• Decide when a custom integration should become a standard connector, and write specifications for our developers.
• Contribute to improving our internal tooling (sales, marketing, customer success).

Requirements

• Master's degree in engineering, business informatics, or an equivalent background.
• At least 2 years in an analytical role (consulting, BA, PM, integration) or in a position with significant impact.
• Structured data: JSON, REST APIs, webhooks.
• Able to read API documentation and apply it effectively.
• Fluent in French and English.
• Bonus: experience with low-code and AI tools (n8n, Cursor, Lovable, Make, Zapier).
