- Redesign manual processes into scalable automation frameworks
- Improve data structures to support predictive analytics and reporting
- Evaluate and deploy LLM-based tools and automation platforms
- Design internal AI assistants and knowledge systems
- Build dashboards and AI-powered reporting tools
- Ensure secure, compliant integration with existing infrastructure
- Establish Governance & Enablement
- Define AI governance and usage standards
- Provide documentation and best practices
- Guide leadership on responsible AI adoption
- Train key stakeholders on implemented systems
Requirements
- 5+ years working in AI, automation, or digital transformation
- Demonstrated experience retooling internal enterprise systems
- Strong knowledge of CRM, ERP, workflow automation, and system integration
- Experience deploying LLM-based tools and AI-powered automation
- Understanding of data security, governance, and compliance best practices
- Ability to translate business needs into technical AI solutions
