Establish and maintain strong business partnership with local partner and licensees
Provide constructive feedback and consultation on business initiatives and planning
Manage multiple stakeholders internal and external
Educate market on the current OKR approach
Work with a cross-functional Inspire team to help partners reach business targets

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent education and experience
Minimum 10 years of experience in small to medium franchisee general management or large franchisee Director of Ops experience
Fluency in communicating in English and ability to read, write & speak the language(s) in the assigned region (Korean and Japanese)
Demonstrated experience in providing technical and operational training
Strong relationship building skills; able to motivate and coach with excellent communication skills
Mind set on Customer Focus
