Synthesize Product & Sales Intelligence: Analyze the intersection of Salesforce CRM data and product usage patterns to identify adoption bottlenecks and unlock new revenue opportunities.
Own Executive-Facing Insights: Act as a primary authority for executive reporting, delivering actionable recommendations that drive operational performance and customer retention.
Govern Data Integrity: Ensure absolute reconciliation between source systems and analytics tables, maintaining a rigorous data glossary that serves as the company’s single source of truth.
Requirements
SQL Mastery: Advanced proficiency in SQL, specifically within Snowflake, with a proven track record of optimizing complex datasets.
BI Expert: Deep experience in Power BI, including advanced DAX and the design of scalable semantic models.
CRM Data Fluency: Demonstrated experience analyzing Salesforce data (opportunities, revenue pipeline, and account health).
Technical Breadth: Ability to analyze product usage data to drive customer insights and platform performance.
Autonomy: A self-starter who can operate independently and drive projects to completion in a fast-paced environment.
