Preparation and calculation of scope-of-services and fee proposals for architectural or lead planner services
Obtaining and reviewing scope-of-services and fee proposals from specialist planners
Drafting and reviewing contracts with clients and specialist planners
Supporting proposal and contract negotiations with clients and specialist planners
Preparing claims for additional fees
Financial and legal monitoring of projects in close cooperation with project management and project controlling
Advising executive management and project teams on (fee-)legal matters
Point of contact for contractual inquiries

Degree in architecture, civil engineering, law, business administration, or a comparable qualification
Experience in the financial and legal administration of design and construction projects
Good knowledge of the HOAI, AHO, and the law governing contracts for work and services, as well as at least basic legal knowledge
Strong analytical skills and a high level of attention to detail
Confident manner and negotiation skills
Independent, structured, and solution-oriented working style
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
