About this role

Contribute to company planning and forecasting
Prepare management reporting, perform variance (planned vs. actual) analyses and derive actionable recommendations
Ongoing analysis and monitoring of business performance and KPIs to identify opportunities and risks
Close collaboration with Accounting, Sales, Production/Plant and Management to support data-driven decision-making
Develop and optimize the internal control system and controlling tools

Degree in Business Administration, Finance or a comparable qualification — or several years of relevant professional experience
Several years of practical experience in controlling or a similar analytical role
Strong analytical skills, ability to understand complex relationships and a high affinity for numbers
Solid knowledge of financial and management accounting
Confident user of Excel, BI tools and ERP systems
Proactive, solution-oriented working style and strong communication skills
