About this role
Role Overview
Manage the individual insurance needs of our clients in the area of pension and retirement planning
Act as the point of contact for matters related to occupational and private pension provision for our client base
Provide account management for our corporate and private clients
Handle processes comprehensively, aiming for case closure wherever possible
Work closely with our internal/office-based team
Conduct annual review meetings independently
Propose and advise on corporate benefits concepts
Acquire new clients and expand our network through targeted sales activities
Requirements
Completed vocational training as an insurance and financial services specialist (Kaufmann für Versicherungen und Finanzanlagen) or a relevant university degree or equivalent qualification
Alternatively, career changers with relevant expertise are welcome
Passion for client service and a strong commitment to customer satisfaction
Comfortable with a team-first mentality and our family-like working environment
