Conduct comprehensive testing, and reviews where appropriate, to ensure adherence to ISQM1 and KPMG's quality standards.
Produce detailed workpapers with findings, conclusions, and actionable recommendations.
Communicate results and recommendations effectively to senior management through meetings and reports.
Test remediation activities and confirm the successful implementation of corrective measures.
Provide guidance and support to team members, fostering a culture of quality and continuous improvement.
Identify and help implement process enhancements and best practices.
Monitor and report progress, including various project management activities.
Requirements
Minimum of 4 years of auditing experience with a focus on control testing.
External audit and / or internal audit background (ideally from a professional accounting services environment).
Competent user of MS Teams, SharePoint, PowerBI, and other core Microsoft Office applications.
Strong written and verbal communication skills with high attention to detail, including the ability to clearly articulate findings to control owners and operators.
Excellent time, project, and organisational management skills.
Resilient and thrives in a collaborative team environment.
Good interpersonal skills across all job levels, including senior partners within the firm.
Proactive and self-motivated personnel who will take initiatives to support the delivery of the ISQM1 program.
Excellent problem solving and analytical skills.
Comfortable working flexibly within a dynamic environment.
