Role Overview
- Responsibility for the smooth operation of the reception area
- Preparatory tasks for the morning shift
- Check-in and check-out of our guests
- Telephone duties and providing in-person information
- Ensuring guests feel comfortable and secure
- Guest correspondence and active guest care
- Organizational and administrative tasks at the reception
- Reservation tasks using our booking system
- Assistance with coffee and beverage preparation and light snacks
- Point of contact for personnel management
Requirements
- Completed vocational training in hotel management or graduation from a secondary or higher vocational school (an advantage)
- Work experience at the reception (advantageous)
- Ideally, experience with a reservation software
- Enjoy working with people and working in a team
- Strong service and guest orientation
- Good communication and teamwork skills
- Confident use of MS Office
- Very good German and good English skills
