Design, build, and configure solutions across the ServiceNow platform, ensuring performance, scalability, and security are at the core.
Translate stakeholder needs into clear, actionable requirements and maintain a product backlog aligned with strategic goals.
Lead and contribute to agile ceremonies—clarifying acceptance criteria, refining user stories, and supporting delivery teams.
Develop and maintain a compelling product vision and roadmap informed by insights, data, and organisational priorities.
Identify and mitigate risks while ensuring compliance with regulatory and internal standards.
Track product performance against KPIs and objectives, demonstrating measurable value.
Provide Level 3 application support to maintain reliability, stability, and operational excellence across the application stack.
Requirements
5+ years hands on experience designing and developing on the ServiceNow platform, including modules ITSM, ITOM, ITAM & SAM.
Experience with API’s and SaaS integrations, including but not limited to Microsoft Entra.
Strong communication skills with the ability to translate complex needs into elegant, user centric solutions.
A collaborative mindset—you build strong relationships, guide stakeholders, and work seamlessly with cross functional teams.
A passion for continuous improvement, drawing on data, insights, and customer feedback to elevate product and service quality.
The confidence to make informed decisions, solve problems proactively, and contribute as a subject matter expert.
