Contribute to the analysis and development of internal processes, policies and governance frameworks related to sustainability
Support sustainability reporting at corporate and product level with a focus on SFDR regulation (in cooperation with FERI Luxembourg)
Monitor regulatory developments and market trends in sustainable finance and derive and coordinate required actions
Document ESG processes and support internal and external audits
Support the development of sustainable financial products (market and competitor analyses, presentations, conceptual contributions)
Participate in internal and external exchange formats on topics such as sustainability, biodiversity and transformation
Prepare and deliver trainings and support internal communications on sustainability topics
Support RFP and DDQ processes in the ESG and impact area
Contribute to responding to the annual UN PRI questionnaire and coordinate with internal stakeholders
Work closely with Compliance, Anti-Money Laundering (AML), the asset management company, the Project Management Office and Portfolio Management
Requirements
Degree in economics, law or social sciences with a focus on financial markets and/or sustainability
Solid basic understanding of European sustainable finance regulation (e.g., SFDR, EU Taxonomy, CSRD/ESRS, MiFID II)
Initial practical experience in ESG, sustainability reporting, consulting, compliance or sustainable finance
Analytical thinking, a structured working style and the ability to present regulatory requirements clearly
Confident user of MS Office (especially Excel, Word, PowerPoint); experience with ESG databases or reporting tools is an advantage
Excellent German and English skills, both written and spoken
