Identify vulnerabilities and help clients improve security with IT emergency concepts, restart and recovery plans, and backup strategies — on-site and remotely
Participate in security incidents, response and recovery procedures, and emergency measures in the cloud
Support our clients to ensure their operational capability and business continuity
Raise client awareness through awareness workshops, IT emergency exercises, and failover and functional tests
Explore adjacent areas such as information security and third‑party risk management

Practical experience in system integration, e.g., administration of data centers or IT services at an IT systems integrator, or a degree in IT (e.g., (business) informatics, Cyber Security Management or similar)
Fundamental understanding of IT infrastructure and IT operations, plus initial experience in IT emergency management or with ITIL‑compliant operational processes
Motivation to work into complex subject areas, pragmatic problem‑solving skills, and a confident professional presence
Very good presentation and communication skills in German
