Role Overview
- You are jointly responsible for all store operations
- You and the team create a great shopping experience for our customers
- You coordinate the daily business in consultation with your Shop Manager
- You always keep an eye on the overall commercial results
- You assist and support the Shop Manager
- You inspire and motivate the team
Requirements
- You have a solid commercial/vocational qualification
- You have an affinity for numbers and good commercial judgment
- You have a strong interest in fashion and a good sense for trends
- You are a true team player with strong communication skills
- You are familiar with the Microsoft Office suite
