Assist with daily IT operations: help desk support, ticket triage, and task summarization.
Support users with hardware, software, and access-related issues; escalate more complex problems when needed.
Maintain and suggest improvements to IT documentation: knowledge base, SOPs, onboarding/offboarding guides, asset records.
Work with IT systems and tools (ticketing systems, endpoint management, identity and access management, collaboration tools).
Participate in team meetings, track action items, and report on progress.
Collaborate with different teams to support internal projects and meet goals.
Assist with device setup, software deployments, and internal audits.
Requirements
Curious, motivated, and eager to learn.
A student or recent graduate in IT, Computer Science, Business Informatics, Mathematics, Data Analytics, or a related field.
Basic technical knowledge (e.g., programming, web technologies, SQL, or testing fundamentals).
Long-term interest in technology and cybersecurity.
Willingness to learn and work with Atlassian, Microsoft 365, and Mobile Device Management ecosystems.
Ability to explain tools and processes to non-technical users.
Bonus: Entry-level certifications in Atlassian or Microsoft 365.
