Role Overview
- Visit, advise and support seriously injured individuals and our clients within the scope of accident insurance under the Swiss Accident Insurance Act (UVG)
- Coordinate complex insurance cases that require management of the injured person’s vocational and social reintegration
- Conduct on-site case reviews and assessments with insured persons and with clients
- Proactively liaise with the various stakeholders (insured persons, employers, physicians, IV (disability insurance), etc.) and coordinate measures with the aim of achieving a win-win outcome for all involved
- Collaborate with external partners on reintegration measures
- Negotiate with lawyers, companies, insured persons and/or insurers
- Carry out visits related to pension reviews and general UVG assessments
Requirements
- Several years of professional experience in accident insurance or proven experience in the personal/social insurance sector
- Completed legal training (e.g., law degree) and/or a federal specialist certificate in insurance (eidgenössischer Fachausweis) with broad legal knowledge
- CAS in Case Management (Certificate of Advanced Studies) is an advantage
- Native German language; a second Swiss national language is an advantage
- Proficient with common IT tools (MS Office)
