Visit, advise and support seriously injured individuals and our clients within the scope of accident insurance under the Swiss Accident Insurance Act (UVG)
Coordinate complex insurance cases that require management of the injured person’s vocational and social reintegration
Conduct on-site case reviews and assessments with insured persons and with clients
Proactively liaise with the various stakeholders (insured persons, employers, physicians, IV (disability insurance), etc.) and coordinate measures with the aim of achieving a win-win outcome for all involved
Collaborate with external partners on reintegration measures
Negotiate with lawyers, companies, insured persons and/or insurers
Carry out visits related to pension reviews and general UVG assessments
Requirements
Several years of professional experience in accident insurance or proven experience in the personal/social insurance sector
Completed legal training (e.g., law degree) and/or a federal specialist certificate in insurance (eidgenössischer Fachausweis) with broad legal knowledge
CAS in Case Management (Certificate of Advanced Studies) is an advantage
Native German language; a second Swiss national language is an advantage
Proficient with common IT tools (MS Office)
