About this role
Role Overview
- Responsible for the software engineering and project planning of our packaging machines
- Programming of HMI/visualization, control and drive systems in TIA Portal
- Carrying out hardware and software commissioning of the machines
- Supporting the sales and service departments with technical inquiries about the machines
- Supporting retrofit projects to integrate new machine modules at customer sites
Requirements
- Vocational training in electrical engineering with further qualification as a technician or master (m/f/d)
- Solid professional experience in PLC programming within mechanical engineering
- Ideally, experience with TIA Portal and drive technology
- Strong analytical skills
- Ability to work independently with a high level of commitment and willingness to learn
- Good command of English
- Proficiency in common MS Office applications
