Ensure, with respect to customer requirements, optimal cost through a unified engineering philosophy across all technical leads regarding optimal design (cost), quality and regulatory compliance
Continuous optimization of working methods
Initiation and commercial responsibility for innovation projects (e.g., further development and international marketing of the Axians mobile mast, etc.)

Degree in civil engineering (building construction) or architecture
Several years of experience in the planning and execution of building or steel construction projects
Analytical, team builder, mediator and a "doer"
Fluent in German and English; French and/or Italian advantageous
