Proactive and strategic media outreach to secure product and feature placements for clients across online, print, podcast, broadcast outlets
Supporting communications strategies for clients with creative ideas & industry insights
Proactively monitoring all media, print, digital and social channels for brand coverage and competitor activity, scanning relevant articles for distribution around the team
Assisting with compiling monthly and weekly reports for all clients accurately and in a timely manner
Lead and manage PR campaigns with the support of Senior team
Knowledge of the influencer and media (print, digital& broadcast) landscape and develop targeted media lists
Identify and track emerging trends and initiatives in the digital space and develop relevant client applications
Assist senior team on project management and workflow and recognize flow changes when needed
Contribute to the ideation and implementation of brand strategy
Directly liaising with luxury beauty clients with the support of senior leadership
Day-to-day support on mailings, strategy execution, brand partnerships and PR and influencer initiatives
Support in preparing internal/client meetings including pulling together agenda’s and writing up minutes
Responsible for managing product deliveries/placements/press bookings in a timely manner
Be a part of managing the master media database and internal team databases and ensure it is kept up to date and accurate
Begin to build media relationships by attending press meetings, launch events and any external industry related events
Maintain and establish industry contacts with press and digital influencers
Supporting the team with key launches and events
Be a brand champion for your clients and build strong relationships with them
Requirements
3 years of relevant working experience
Beauty and Wellness PR experience is required
Superior knowledge of luxury consumer industry
Ability to manage multiple accounts simultaneously
Excellent written and verbal skills
