You see yourself as an initiator and source of ideas
Project responsibility from the initial concept, creation of sketches and design planning through to the completed project for temporary structures at trade fairs, events and congresses
Design, planning, visualization, costing and project management of spatial concepts for exhibition presentations
Central point of contact for national and international clients and service providers
Commissioning and coordination of the required trades
Reviewing quotations, participating in contract awards, cost control and invoice verification
On-site construction management (primarily in Berlin), possibly worldwide
Client consulting and support
Requirements
Degree in Architecture or Interior Architecture, or alternatively relevant experience in the described field
Experience in concept development and execution of brand presentations
Demonstrable experience in exhibition stand construction and/or (interior) spatial planning
Preferably relevant experience in a client/owner role covering service phases 1–9
Proficiency with AutoCAD and/or Vectorworks and 3D visualization tools such as SketchUp and/or ArCon
Confident use of MS Office 365
Business-fluent German (minimum C1 level)
English skills (minimum B2 level)
Additional languages are an advantage
