Role Overview

• Providing telephone advice and support to Vodafone customers (inbound).
• Answering questions about contracts and products.
• Proactively driving sales through up-selling and cross-selling.
• Documenting customer inquiries and interactions in the system.

• Excellent German language skills, both spoken and written.
