After comprehensive onboarding, you will be the point of contact for Vodafone customers in Thessaloniki — by phone and email, working as a Call Center Agent or Customer Service Representative.
You will provide knowledgeable advice on internet, phone, and TV services and assist with contract sign-ups and renewals.
Maintain customer data in our system — accurately and efficiently.
You ensure customer satisfaction and contribute to a strong team spirit.
Requirements
Some experience as a Call Center Agent or Customer Service Representative, or willingness to join as a career changer.
Good PC skills and technical aptitude.
Strong communication skills and enjoyment of advising customers.
Sales affinity and good written and spoken German.
Team-oriented and reliable.
