Responsibilities include project and quality management
Support and oversight of complex projects

Degree in electrical/automation engineering, process engineering or a comparable field of study
Several years of experience leading automation projects
Team leadership experience
Defining work packages — ideally initial knowledge in one of the core industries
Enjoyment and passion for project work
Understanding of business opportunities and risks
High degree of flexibility and ability to work independently
Customer focus and negotiation skills
Confident presence, strong teamwork and communication skills
Fluent written and spoken German and English
Willingness to travel for project assignments
